Is a celebration of BIPOC artists and performs found throughout Winnipeg. With the completion of Winnipeg’s first BIPOC Production the time is now! Many of us have been working on our craft, studying, practicing, playing, and perfecting. A Time to Celebrate is just that a celebration open to all and for all!
